Day two of the Allegro Deski Cup saw three races held in 15-20 knots of breeze with Hubert Mokrzycki continuing to dominate the event although in the final race of the day, Pawel Hlavaty managed to get ahead and break Hubert’s perfect score.
For me it was a day of testing after some issues with equipment early in the day. I was back to normal racing mode for the final day of competition. Still some tuning up to be done although pleased to have had the opportunity to get some unexpected racing in before the event at Sopot which I came to Poland for.
Day three saw four races held back to back in 16-22 knots of breeze. In between the races, most competitors took advantage of the fact that the water just downwind of the finish line was only waist deep so hopped off the boards to stand on firm ground and wait for the next start sequence.
